Hawley's Premier Salt Cave (Halotherapy)
Halotherapy involves breathing in air with tiny salt particles. Research shows that halotherapy can be used as a complementary treatment for lung infections, throat infections, COPD, emphysema, allergies, asthma, bronchitis, colds, coughs, pneumonia, sinusitis, rhinitis, tonsillitis, and cystic fibrosis. Halotherapy also can repair and protect skin cells from aging and infection while treating acne, allergies, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and fungal infections.
Community Session 45 minutes

Up to 6 People Maximum. You may be in the cave with people you may not know. Please respect everyone in the cave with you. There are 6 zero gravity chairs and fuzzy blankets to promote relaxation. Each person will be charged $35.

Infrared Sauna with Chromotherapy
Infrared saunas don't heat the air around you but use infrared lamps to warm your body to easily penetrate human tissue. It operates at a temperature of (120F-140F) versus (150F- 180F) in a traditional sauna. Chromotherapy is used for pain management such as joints, back, sore or torn muscles, sprains, arthritis, post-surgical scars, burns, wounds, and more. Chromotherapy also allows for better sleep, relaxation, and more! It is one of the most effective non-invasive ways to repair the body.

Vibroacoustic therapy is a new sound technology that uses audible sound vibrations to reduce symptoms of physical tension, stress, pain reduction, lowered heart rate and blood pressure, improved circulation, elevated mood, better quality of sleep, and more. The technology is developed based on the recognition that external vibration can influence body function and has many evidence-based benefits!
